1. Who we are
PoBinder (pobinder.com) is operated by Udviklr ApS (CVR no. 46466950), a company registered in Denmark (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected]. By creating an account or using PoBinder, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
PoBinder is a free tool for planning and tracking Pokémon TCG card collections in virtual binders. It is a hobby-scale, fan-made service provided as-is. Sections 7 and 8 explain the limits that apply.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials to yourself.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Profile; deletion is immediate and permanent.
4. Acceptable use
When using PoBinder you agree not to:
- break the law, or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit;
- upload images you do not have the right to use (this includes binder cover images);
- attempt to breach, probe or overload the service, or access other users’ private data;
- scrape or bulk-download the site’s data beyond reasonable personal use.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where reasonably possible.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the binders, notes and uploaded images you create on PoBinder. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, store and display that content so we can run the service. This includes showing a public binder to people who have its link. If you separately report a failed card scan and accept the training prompt, you also grant us the limited licence needed to analyse that report and use it to improve and train the scanner. That additional licence ends when you withdraw the contribution or delete your account; withdrawal does not undo lawful analysis or improvements already completed.
6. Pokémon intellectual property
PoBinder is an unofficial, fan-made tool. It is not produced by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company International, Game Freak or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and all card images, set names and logos are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners, and are shown for identification purposes within the fan community. Card data and images are provided courtesy of TCGdex and the Pokémon TCG API.
7. Prices are estimates
Market prices shown on PoBinder come from third-party sources and are informational estimates only. They can be outdated or wrong, and they are not valuations, purchase offers or financial advice. Always verify prices independently before buying or selling cards.
8. Availability and warranty
The service is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. We may change, interrupt or discontinue the service; if we ever shut it down permanently, we will give reasonable advance notice so you can export your data. We recommend exporting binders you care about regularly (each binder has a CSV export).
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, lost profits or losses arising from trading decisions based on price estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use PoBinder after that means you accept the updated terms; if you don’t, you can delete your account.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your home country and may bring proceedings there.
